Description Implement maintenance process in accordance with the requirements of the equipment, devices and follow up its implementation through preventive and predictive maintenance plans, checklists and clear work instructions.
- Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, tools and systems
- Conduct periodic and preventive maintenance checks, plan equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, identify faults, investigate equipment breakdowns and monitor the performance of equipment after repairs.
- Responsible for the procurement of new components for existing equipment and monitor/manage the stock level of equipment spare parts
- Implement quality system IATF 16949 requirements, and achieve quality objectives for maintenance-performance indicators as well as the specific maintenance requirements of the customers
- Develop & perform maintenance process, in accordance with the special equipment and machines manufacturer guidelines and issue clear work instructions to the technicians
- Monitor, record and improve maintenance KPIs
- Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop permanent solutions and cascade corrective actions to other applicable machines
Qualifications Proven experience as maintenance Engineer "3-5" years - Degree of Electrical Engineering BSc is mandatory - Proven experience in PLC Programming and CNC machine tools control - Proven experience in AC & DC drives maintenance and troubleshooting - Proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting - Certified Maintenance management courses will be an advantage - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
