Description - Participate in implementing changes to the organisations human resource programmes and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly.
 - With guidance, provide relevant information, data and reports to support management decisions.
 - Build own awareness of organisational policies, processes and practices, relevant legislation, employee relations policies and practices.
 - Responsible for the activities of personnel administration, involving tracking and reporting hiring, dismissals, vacations, leaves, transfers and the other routines. Prepares personnel statistical reports (turnover, absences, overtime, etc.).
 - Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.
 - Check and audit timekeeping records for compliance with established rules and standards.
 - Work under direct supervision to manage data. May include personal information; job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
 - Analyse data and prepare reports for management, to meet legal obligations, or for external agencies. Statistics analysed may include employee demographics, skills inventory, absences, overtime, or employee turnover.
 - Respond to enquiries from employees, managers and external agencies (such as government departments or insurers) about individual and organisation-wide human resource information, without compromising the organisations standards of privacy and confidentiality.
 - Follow up and/or proactively refer people to appropriate resource.
 - Execute routine controls and analysis using available HR systems
 - Proceed the payroll on monthly basis and responsible for monthly closing with finance and headcount reporting.
 - Handle Pre closing/after-closing payment for governmental authorities.

Qualifications Very good English language is mandatory. * Very good in using computer Microsoft office. * Very good experience of Labour law * High analytical skills * Very good communication skills
