Description Organizing and managing data contract and payment tracking.
Follow up with procurement for sourcing requirements.
Liaise with operations for daily requirement like out of stock, returns, maintenance requirements.
Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spread sheets, data base or presentation software.
Answer phone calls, e-mails, and faxes.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database system, and performing basic bookkeeping work
Qualifications BA Business Administration or any relevant major. 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position. Good in excel and can deal with numbers.
