Description - Manage chairman agenda and meetings
- Execute travel and hotel bookings arrangements and liaise with travel agencies and hotels to ensure that necessary reservations are done according to agreed schedules.
- Translate business reports
- Attend business meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up with concerned departments / persons on action plan
- Develop and maintain accurate and updated soft and hard copy filling system .
- Provide general clerical (photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing & typing) assistance for the chairman
- Maintain high level of confidentiality at all times regarding the companys related information.
- Execute any additional assigned task .
Qualifications - Bachelor degree from any discipline ,English section is a MUST - 3-5 years experience in same position or secretarial field - Proficiency in MS office, and internet search - Highly organized, alert and presentable character - The ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines competently
