Description 1. Provided continuous high-level quality administrative support
 to the Managing Director & company Executives. Coordinated
 schedule, handling appointments, handling information requests
 and performing clerical functions which are preparing
 correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls,
 travel arrangements, manage expenses.
 2. Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the executive team. Retrieves information from files when needed.
 3. Handling & organizing company level meetings preparations, Reservation of Meeting rooms, ensure the quality of the meeting venues (Internal / External), Attending them & taking MOMs.
 4. Handling the company level events, preparations &
 reservations, ensure receiving high quality & professional
 service.
 5. Provide general executive assistance, secretarial / administration support to company executives.
 6. Responsible for the logistics/reservations for local trips accommodation & abroad travelling arrangements, Travel documentation & VISA
 requirements and accommodation on a company level.
 7.Writing reporting and briefing papers and making
 presentations.
 8. Promoting a professional image of the company, greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
 9. Provide high-level quality logistics/arrangements service for international guests.
 10. Producing/Organize board meeting papers, agendas, and
 facilities for meetings.
 11. Responsible for handling courier service, process, follow up on the sent/received packages.
 12. Create, follow up & process the required PRs for all the related
 tasks/actions.
 13. Follow up on the invoicing & payments of the tasks/actions.

Qualifications 1. BSC in Business administration, Preferably (6-9) Years experience in office management. 2. Fluent in Both English & French Languages. 3. Excellent Presentation, Organization, Time Management & Communication Skills. 4. Excellent in MS Office Package. 5. High Personal Effectiveness/Credibility. 6.High Collaboration Skills. 7. Stress Management capabilities. 8.Travel Flexibility.
