Description - share Sets yearly maintenance plans in coordination with the Direct Manager.
- Assistant Sets regular preventive maintenance plans and schedules for review and approval by Manager by coordinating with the Production Manager for all job changes, and with the Workshop and General Maintenance Manager.
- Studies and analyzes machine failures as per machine failure reports from the shifts report t and prepares daily maintenance schedules and allocates staff accordingly.
- Supervises all detective and preventive maintenance activities according to machine standards, taking all corrective actions as necessary and escalates necessary machine failures
- Prepares regular maintenance reports highlighting all maintenance activities and machine failures, submits them to the Electronic Section Head .
- Prepares an instant report of major failures and the necessary/actual corrective actions taken to overcome and prevent the failure.
- Ensures proper documentation is completed for all maintenance activities and that a proper history file is maintained for each machine.
- Plans spare part requirements annually according to maintenance plans and prepares purchase orders for required spare parts for review and approval by Manager;
reviews and approves the spare part offers from a technical point of view.
Supervisor the technician staff and make annual performance appraisal

Qualifications - Electrical / Electronic Engineer with 2-4 experience in the electronic maintenance department of a major manufacturing like Plastic , Ceramic , FMCG facility plant Good Experience in Maintenance production lines in manufacturing company Excellent in PLC , Scada and Automation System Team Leader can manage more than 12 Technicians
