Description 1-. Studying the project contract agreement and highlighting important points .
2- Negotiating the Purchase orders & sub-contracts terms and conditions within the project specifications.
3- Prepare, issue and follow RFQs.
4- Contacting Supplier and negotiating with them to achieve optimum cost-quality.
5- Prepare comparison sheets against budgets.
6- Reply to Consultant comments.
7-Prepare required reports .
Qualifications 1- Bachelor degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering 2- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field. 3- Negotiation Skills.
