Description Booking flights, low cost airlines, Travel insurance, hotels, car hire, bus and Rail Tickets using Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre on line system when needed and issue tickets. Follow up on waiting list bookings and update customers. Assist and provide customer with best rout and give suggestions for client best interest. Follow Quality control rules. Assists customers with missed flights or connections to re-schedule their travel plans and get them to their destination within their time frame.
Qualifications - A formal Qualification (BA) - Not less than 5 years of tourism and ticketing leadership experience. - Good command of English Speaking/Writing - Familiar with technology usage. Excellent knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre and the on line system)

Other Skills Knowledge of principles and methods for describing the features of land, sea, and air masses. Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits Strong travel coordination skills. Experience of marketing local and worldwide travel destinations. Able to develop relationships with suppliers to obtain cost effective prices. Excellent Communication Skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. A good example and respect for time management.
