 - Monitoring all Voice Devices and Connections 
 - Cisco Call Manger Administration 
 - Cisco Voice Gateways Administration 
 - IPCC Servers Administration 
 - IVR Design and Implementation
 - Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines 
 - Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines 
 - Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed 
 - Monitoring Network /Voice Devices with Orion

Qualifications - CCVP is a must - BSC of engineering or computer science is a must Working technical knowledge in IP, WAN, LAN, VPN connectivity - Working experience with VOIP technology - Second level support for all network related user problems
