Description Position responsibilities:
Design Phase:
- Contribute to designing a creative and engaging instructional model for presenting concepts and skills to students that is unique to Darisni
Authoring Phase:
- Train authors on the Darisni instructional model and explain guidelines and implementation strategies
- Hold brain-storming sessions with authoring teams to come up with innovative ways for presenting concepts and skills
- Provide direct feedback to individual authors in order to improve their performance per established design guidelines
QA Phase:
- Review the instructional quality of all written lesson plans and storyboards as per established design guidelines and approve sending them to production
Qualifications a degree in Instructional Design or a similar e-learning related degree, 3-5 years of related e-content work experience, with proven skills.
