Description we are healthcare software company , The general manager directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments, such as engineering, operations or sales, or a major division of the business organization and aids chief administrative officers in formulating and administering organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers
Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.
Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
Communicate and embody the company vision and values
Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Qualifications Having more than 20 years of Software experience Having current experience of at least 5 years in capacity of Regional General Manager Preferred Healthcare IT experience Regional Manager for Business Units in UAE, Egypt Responsibility for P/L of Business Units and financial targets, Revenues, Profits, Capex Responsible for Process quality improvement Management of overall business functions Executive performance Reporting and Updates on Weekly, Monthly and Quarter basis Proven success in developing strategic and operational platforms and leading / mentoring a high-performance management team. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, distribution management, contracting and network savvy, general manger mindset and ability to successfully lead in an ambiguous and changing market with the evolution of healthcare reform, collaborative care and delivery system alliance development and expansion, and the need for governmental influence and savvy.

Compensations Basic Salary + Monthly Bonus on KPI Bonus per profit : Annually Travel 3-7 months annually in Dubai UAE Branch with related travel compensation
