2- Help to maintain, monitor and control IT assets.
3- Help in implementing and monitoring needed security standards.
4- Supporting the roll-out of new applications & systems.
5- Help in implementing and monitoring backup and disaster recovery plans.
6- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
7- Review applications or systems logs and take necessary actions
