Novus Stanza Properties is looking for Sales Agents. Location: 119 El-Thawra Street, Heliopolis. - We’re looking for a sales agent to be involved in the selling of our many properties. Agents will be responsible for finding sales leads, consulting with leads and persuading the clients to buy a property in one of our developments. - As a sales agent with Novus Stanza Properties you will be using negotiation and persuasion tactics as well as sales skills to close property deals. - Your job will be to assist in the finding of new clients as well as convincing all leads that NS Properties is the right development company for their property purchases. - You will be making appointments with prospective clients to show them our properties and invite them to our show room to further discuss their many options. - You will be involved in reporting to upper management in order to proceed with purchase when buyer is ready and willing to pay the agreed upon price.
