Description - Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Analyze data collected and recording results.
- Analyze actual construction costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs .
- Record cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
- maintain cost accounting system.
- Assist in monthly end close of the general ledger.
Qualifications - Must have solid experience in construction filed at least 3 years. - Excellent Analytical Skills. - Accurately in prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
