Needed in Emaar Misr, Costing Assistant Manager with the following job scope:
- Accountability includes that status of all ongoing projects in terms of costs and time variances are monitored and reported giving details of percentage of completion and the estimated final costs.
-Also involves reviewing the project budgets and contract price adjustments prior to approval.
-Accountabilities includes that payments are released to suppliers, contractors, employees and customers as per the policies and authority matrix.
-Contribute in managing interfaces with consultants, contractors, suppliers, bankers and in ensuring compliance of operating procedures and policies so that the departmental objectives are achieved.
