Description The main goal of this position is to create, promote & develop comprehensive range of food ingredients to serve the food manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the Annual Sales Plan.
- Achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives.
- Manage assigned budgets.
- Manage all sales, marketing and customer-service related functions.
- Assume ultimate responsibility for developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Strategically analyze the Marketplace to determine sales growth potential and ensure adequate coverage to reach targets.
- Develop and maintain an active new business development pipeline
- Provide ongoing updates and trend analysis to management.
- Manage all pricing and promotional activity�
- Recommend relevant external sales and market trend data needed to facilitate data-driven selling; effectively analyze and leverage data to drive above-average gradual growth and new customer acquisition
- Monitor and analyze sales promotional results and overall marketing spend ROI
- Prepare accurate monthly expense reports, activity reports or other documentation in a timely manner.
- Stay abreast of marketplace needs and changes to include competitive activities and report information back to management.
- Ensure the company is well represented in the marketplace to include trade and food shows and industry events.
Qualifications - Experience at least 3-5 years in the beverages/FMCG Sector - Documented track record of success. - Professional attitude and appearance. - Ability to close sales. - Good negotiation skills - Provide existing knowledge of the marketplace. - Excellent presentation skills. - Willingness to work flexible work schedules; including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends - Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Ability to rapidly build relationship and set up trust - Alerted with ability to work under pressure - Fluent in English (spoken/written) - Excellent Knowledge of MS Office - Driving License required
