Description Diet planning is one of the main subjects that will be discussed with all project participants especially with the target families either male or female producers. It aims to increase their knowledge about food groups, healthy diets and macro-nutrient & micro-nutrient requirements of different age and physiological groups. The diet plan consultant will work together with the program staff including FNS Lead and Nutrition lead to fulfill all the project requirements. Diet plan consultant main role is to train university graduates in the target governorates to increase their knowledge about food items, food groups, diet planning and composition of healthy diets. University graduates will participate in the project activities, and they will have an important role in nutrition- sensitive social and behavioral change communication.

 PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Curriculum development
 Develop diet plan training manual that contain all the information about food groups, composition of healthy diet and the requirements of different ages and physiological age groups.
 Pre and post evaluation forms.

 University graduate training
 Conduct university graduate training at the governorate level in collaboration with nutrition lead.

 DELIVERABLES:
 Diet plan training manual
 Written report on results of diet plan training to university graduates

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: PhD degree in nutrition science Experience implementing training of trainers. Experience developing nutrition training manuals
