Description Under the direct supervision of the Field Office Director, the incumbent will mainly manage the project fleet and drivers; provide logistical support to field staff; administer office imprest funds; and keep track of projects assets assigned to the field office.
I- FLEET SUPERVISION
1. Manage day-to-day fleet operation activities
2. Supervise drivers ensuring their strict adherence to relevant Abt Associates policies and procedures concerning authorized use of vehicles, maintenance plan, vehicles cleanliness, trip records, adherence to local traffic rules and regulations, professional driving conduct, etc.
3. Review and verify completed trip records on daily basis
4. Review and verify fleets maintenance checklist
5. Liaise with contracted service providers and car agents to ensure quality maintenance and repair services are rendered per best standards.
6. Ensure vehicles licenses are renewed in due course.
7. Ensure drivers always have valid driving licenses.
8. Maintain files for fleets documents.
II- ADMINISTRATION
9. Provide logistical assistance to field staff and contracted consultants including transportation, lodging, meals, drinks, etc.
10. Administer imprest funds per relevant policies and procedures.
11. Maintain/update a database for assets inventory per relevant policies and procedures
12. Ensure office equipment, such as copiers, telephone & fax lines, is constantly in good operational condition through contracted service providers.
13. Ensure office premises and their contents and fixtures are constantly clean and tidy through office janitors.
14. Maintain a good filing system as well as e-archive for administration documents.
III- PERSONNEL
15. Keep track of employees annual & sick leave entitlements
16. Collect, review & file time sheets & attendance reports
17. Ensure settlement of utilities payments in due course.
Qualifications Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree (B.Sc. or B.A.) in Business administration or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position

Other Skills PROJECT BACKGROUND: Feed the Future Egypt Rural Agribusiness Strengthening Project (ERAS) is a five-year USAID-funded activity. The project aims to improve the competitiveness of Egypts horticulture producers and related down-stream businesses and food processors. It promotes a more competitive and inclusive Egyptian economy through growth in selected horticultural sectors with special focus on securing employment and increasing agriculture-related incomes of smallholder farmers. The project will work in greater Cairo, Upper Egypt, and the Nile Delta, through three strategic regional offices in Luxor, Minya and Gharbia.
