Gabr Industrial Services (G.I.S) is hiring Title: Female hashtag#Accountant Location: Heliopolis, Cairo Reports to the Finance Dept. Head Education Bachelor of Commerce Division of Accounting Work requirements: • Females are a must • Nearby Heliopolis is a must • Minimum of 1:3 years’ experience in accounting • Good command of English • Computer use skill • Communication skill Responsibilities: • Prepare Sales Invoices • Follow up payments from the client • Maintain & Update Clients’ accounts • Prepare Company Monthly Sales Report • Follow up Investment Authority insurance • Issuing Letters of the grantee and follow up its return • Follow up receiving the certificates of withholding taxes • Register the company expenses. • Process suppliers’ payments • Issue Report of monthly Stock cost. • Ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System in all related activities. Authorizations: • Delegated to perform Bank cash deposits, Monthly fixed liabilities and all other responsibilities in case of finance head unavailability.
