Description - Develop the business plan for the Senior Level programs and tailored programs and ensure annual growth and expansion
 - Participate in the development of the CDC annual and strategic plan

 Operations:

 - Responsible for increasing the number of enrolled students
 - Responsible for handling and documenting all inquiries and ensuring they are turned into new business opportunities
 - Responsible for identifying instructors for the program in addition to recommending instructors for other programs
 - Handling Finance related to courses registrations, instructors payments & reviewing invoices
 - File daily receipts and prepare accurate and thorough monthly sales reports

 Marketing:

 - Responsible for the promotion and positioning of the assigned programs
 - Responsible for the preparation of all needed marketing material & update of website
 - Responsible for developing new corporate accounts and maintaining existing ones
 - Participate in new business meetings, events and presentations

 Programs Sales:

 - Responsible for achieving the target business plan
 - Assist in cross-selling CDC programs in order to achieve revenue and business goals
 - Handle the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
 - Conduct sales calls & visits to secure corporate deals
 - Follow up on proposal until approval
 - Handle the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal and documenting it on the telesales system

 Institutional Development:

 - Participate in developing and updating of CDC policies and procedures
 - Maintain records in accordance with the AmCham policies
 - Produce required documentation
 - Adhere to CDC quality standards, policies and procedures

 Reports:
 - Produce weekly, monthly, and annually reports on all activities vs. the business plan
 - Produce ad-hoc reports as requested by management

Qualifications · Bachelors Degree · Excellent Communication skills (oral & written English) · 5-7 Years of Experience · Presentable · Previous experience in Sales & Marketing & Business Development
