Description Responsible of following up with new customers accounts
 Responsible of assisting the customers given to the right direction and solving any of their inquiries or problems
 Aims to maximize customer satisfaction
 Create strong relationships with new consumers and share adequate professional information about our services
 Reporting to the quality assurance manager with updates of customers requests and problems that re-occur often. Along with any useful information about his monthly performance with customers.

Qualifications Must be a Doctor. Must have very strong communication skills. Must have a strong record in customer service or sales. Must be fluent in English or French.
