Description - Being the focal point between MD and Account Executives - Meeting regularly with clients for projects updates, special requests or new briefs - Managing Account Executives team and communicate clients request to them promptly - Setting project timeline for smooth operation - Managing data entry team and distributing work equally on team to meet agreed deadlines - Coordinating with finance team for follow ups and issuing quotations and invoices - Following up with HR Department of team recruitment and insurance - Making sure that all company policies are being applied with projects Field Team
Qualifications - Very good computer skills - Microsoft package (mainly Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word) - Excellent knowledge of Business language
