FM Engineer For Emaar

Facility Management Department is hiring FM Engineer: a) Job Scope: • Estimates costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labor, etc. and monitors the construction/maintenance process. • Ensures that established efficiency and safety targets are met. • Advise management on design and construction, propose modifications to existing designs and solutions. • Coordinates pest management on the compound and at residences. • Properly document and prepare a technical reports and present the conclusion to the project managers, directors, client and decision makers concluding team`s efforts and the end results. • Responsible of quality controlling and internal audit inspections for the project within his scope based on the company policies and approved procedures. *Years of experience: • 1-3 years experience in residential compounds with a civil or Architectural bachelor's degree in engineering, • Graduated from a well reputed university (Ein Shams – Cairo – AUC) will be a privilege. c) Preferred Industry: • Real-state compounds and residential projects. *Qualifications : • He must be creative and analytical thinker. • He should have strong communication and management skills -Interested candidates should send the CV's to : careersmisr@emaar.com
