Job Description
- Handle customers’ issues and complaint.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and keep following up.
- Keen on after sales survey.
- Welcome and greet customers and register all customer data in CRM System.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Perform monthly analysis beside reports for service center.
- Provide customers with all information that they need.
- Arrange all customers visits and handle them kindly to Service advisor.
- Make daily No Show Reports for Service customers and follow up to make new reservations
