Outgoing Tour Operator is needed to work in New Cairo.
About the Job:
• Handling all the travel operation requirements including reserving transportation, excursions, and hotel accommodation.
• Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request.
• Handling agencies' quires and respond via e-mail.
• Able to perform quotations & offers (FIT & Groups).
• Handle urgent & last minute bookings operations.
• Handling outgoing packages from A to Z.
• Manage relations with online and offline suppliers.
• Handle tailor-made requests.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
• Handling booking, and invoicing.
• Combining travel, accommodation, and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• English: Excellent or Very good level.
• Knowledge of travel destinations and attractions are plus.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel reservations systems and B2B systems.
• Strong negotiations and communication skills.
• Very good user of travel booking engines.
• Very good user of office applications ( Excel, Word, E-mail).
• Very good typing skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, reliable, smart & willing to learn.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Problem handling & situation analysis skills.
• Organization skills and Research skills.
