Capital contracting Egypt is currently hiring an HR manager with the following requirements :
- 15 years of experience in HR field ( 6 years at least as a manager)
- experience in conducting overall HR functions ( recruitment, personnel, organization development, compensation & benefits , training & development)
- experience in implementing , monitoring overall HR strategies, policies, procedures across the organization
- excellent English level is required
- MBA holder is a must
- experience in construction field is a MUST
