Youssef Allam is seeking to hire "IT Help Desk" with the following requirements:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers , scanners, and Tels· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Responding in a timely manner to solve issues and requests
· Providing technical support across the company or remotely (this may be in person or over the phone)
· Setting up accounts for new users
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Testing new technology
· Have good knowledge working in domains
-Exp.:1-2 years
-Bachelors degree of Computer Science or any equivalent
