Seeking to hire AR Accountant – Cairo Area
✳️ Responsibilities:
· Generate accounting statements and reports.
· Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
· Maintain client accounts, accounts receivable write-offs and collection reversals.
· Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to collection.
· Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
· Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.
· Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
· Utilize computerized accounting software programs to perform duties and responsibilities.
· Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
· Provide monthly financial and management reports.
· Assist in financial management, analysis, and auditing as requested.
✳️ Requirements:
· Bachelor of Commerce Accounting.
· 1 - 3 years’ experience on the same title.
· Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and accounting programs.
· Effective communication skills.
· Time management skills.
✳️ Working Conditions & Benefits:
· Working On site.
· 9 working hours including 1 hour break.
· 2 days off.
