Junior General Accountant At Elmarketers

 We're Hiring "Junior General Accountant"

Located in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:
-Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
-Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
-Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
-Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring proper transaction matching and discrepancy identification.
-Assist in tax filings, VAT reports, and regulatory requirements under supervision.
-Support payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
-Monitor cost control and expenses to ensure budget adherence.
-Assist in internal audits and financial data verification for compliance with accounting regulations.
-Work with senior accountants and finance managers to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
-Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Certified Accounting Courses (e.g., CMA Part 1, IFRS, etc). is a must
-0-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
-ERP & Accounting Software Training (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
