🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Recruitment (65%) – Source and engage top developers, IT engineers, and tech professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches.
✅ HR Operations (25%) – Manage onboarding, employee records, medical insurance, and compliance.
✅ Organizational Development (10%) – Enhance job descriptions, support performance management, and drive HR initiatives.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3-4 years of experience in tech recruitment (software, IT, fintech).
✔️ Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS (SAP), and advanced sourcing techniques.
✔️ HR operations experience, including onboarding, employee relations, and data management preferred.
✔️ Bonus: CBI certification is a plus!
