Oriental Weavers is now hiring Supply chain technical information Lead
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Executive Summary: The Supply Chain Technical information lead is the key contributor to supporting Supply Chain teams in action plan development and execution. Lead cross-functional plan executions with relevant teams and escalate delays with actions
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and document the progress of activities with relevant KPIs inclusive of projects and work plans.
Provide assistance in collaboration between relevant partners or stakeholders.
Understand both supply chain strategies and technical details of supply chain processes.
Drive root cause actions and improvements based on a thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies.
Present action plan completion and project status while maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Help in Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management.
Support the delivery of the Supply Chain strategy as required.
Interface with various departments throughout the company on action plan status.
Handle technical meeting minutes & and follow up.
Job Requirements
· +3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other Engineering field.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP user.
· Numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
· Willingness to work in a diverse & and cross-functional team environment.
· Excellent organization and prioritizing skills
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to build strong working relationships.
· Ability to influence business Unit decision-making.
· Ability to multi-task, be proactive, and work on own initiative, working both in a team and independently.
· Ability to investigate and analyze a challenge and offer a solution.
