Document Controller/Admin For Ministry of Planning and Economic Development




Document Controller/Admin is required to join the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Manage the flow of documentation within the office
-Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
-Copy, scan and archive documents automatically and manually
-Retrieve files as requested by the department’s employees
-Prepare memos in English and Arabic if requested
-Handle the schedules, calendar and appointments of the department
-Manage office services by ensuring office operations and operations are organized, correspondences are controlled, filling system is designed
-Provide appropriate support to visitors.

Requirements and skills
-1-2 years of experience in the same position.
-BSc degree in Management or any relevant field
-Hands-on experience with MS Office.
-Proficient typing and editing skills
-Data organization skills
-Details-Oriented
