Job responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a #Stock #Control #Accountant at El Ezaby Pharmacy in Nasr City, Egypt. The Stock Control Accountant will be responsible for: -
• Monitor inventory procedures in branches by communicating with the inventory department, obtaining preliminary inventory results, and completing inventory adjustments after reviewing and discussing with branches in case of discrepancies.
• Execute balance transfers for seasonal branches and branches that have been closed and liquidated to the warehouses.
• Prepare a consolidated inventory report for all branches for each inventory cycle and send it to the Inventory Control Accounts Manager, the Financial Sector Manager, and the Operations Sector Manager
• Monitor daily discrepancies in selling prices resulting from pending sales invoices at branches and ensure they are sent to the Item Master Department for price re-evaluation and the Point-of-Sale Department for processing.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in SAP systems (preferable).
• Strong knowledge of accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
