Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing plans to meet organizational goals and objectives. This role involves gathering data, analyzing trends, and creating strategies that help improve efficiency, meet deadlines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Job Description:
1. Analyze operational processes, market trends, and data to create effective planning strategies.
2. Develop detailed plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure the successful completion of projects and initiatives.
3. Align planning activities with organizational goals and objectives.
4. Gather and analyze data from various sources to forecast needs, identify trends, and optimize resource allocation.
5. Prepare reports on project statuses, progress, and potential risks.
6. Use planning software and tools to monitor performance and track progress against deadlines.
7. Coordinate with teams to ensure the proper allocation of resources (labor, materials, equipment).
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, operations, and finance departments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
