Title: Finance Manager
Location: District 5
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial closure processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and control expenses to optimize cost efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
