Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the retail environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design promotional campaigns aligned with company goals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Campaign Management:
Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and activations to attract customers.
Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including signage, brochures, and digital assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of marketing associates.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
Train team members on marketing best practices and tools.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Use customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with store managers to understand customer needs and align marketing efforts.
Partner with suppliers and vendors to secure promotional support and resources.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams to integrate online and offline campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing or a related role,
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM platforms and analytics tools.
