Anwar& Co. is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to our legal department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.

* Maintain and organize legal files, records, and contracts.

* Conduct and prepare reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external legal entities.

* Handle confidential information with discretion.

* Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Law or management degree 

* Previous experience in legal administration or a similar role is preferred.

* Good understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
