Office Manager At  Bluebell Pharmaceuticals


Bluebell Pharmaceuticals is seeking a high caliber to join our team as an Office Manager.


Location: Maadi 


Key Responsibilities:

1-Reserve meeting rooms and coordinate with the concerned department.

2- Responsible for preparing meeting rooms, including ensuring cleanliness, and stocking whiteboard markers, letterhead notes, and pencils.

3- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations.

4- Provide scheduling support to all Managers’ on the floor by booking appointments and preventing overlapping.

5- Screen phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

8- Providing administration support to the other departments.

9- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of devices for the workplace.

10- Supervising and ensuring the general cleanliness of the place.

11- Order supplies for the concerned department on the floor. Issue a PO to the supply chain department or email them the requested supplies and follow up until they are delivered.


Qualifications:

1- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.

2- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

3- Ability to prioritize tasks.

4- Attention to detail.

5- Problem solving skills.

6- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

7- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
