JOB TITLE
Employee Life Cycle Senior Associate | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital
ROLE SUMMARY
Role Purpose: As Human Capital operations you will be responsible for the employee onboarding in UAE and Other countries. You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding Human Resources queries.
ROLE PROFILE
- Customer-Oriented Support: Deliver customer-focused support and advisory services across the organization, achieving defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Query Resolution: Provide accurate answers to employee queries, seeking third-party support or escalating when necessary.
- Attitude and Approach: Maintain a positive attitude and effective ways of working when handling business cases or phone calls.
- Customer Needs: Understand and adjust support according to customer needs, proactively addressing root causes of queries.
- SuccessFactors Management: Handle SuccessFactors business transactions such as hiring, job changes, terminations, compensation changes, and Human Capital (HC) letters for assigned accounts.
- Data Monitoring: Monitor and approve all data changes made through the self-service portal.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy in SuccessFactors and maintain time for assigned tasks using the ticketing tool.
- Payroll and Reporting: Perform payroll checks and data input, provide Human Capital reporting, and support Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) and employees on all relevant activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 0-1 year experience in a Human Resources services environment.
- Graduate in a relevant/numerate discipline.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Team Player
- Strong Time Management skills
