* Required Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 4+ years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

* Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work programs
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and S-curves
- Identify schedule variances and recommend recovery plans
- Coordinate resource allocation with project teams
- Support claims analysis related to time extensions
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to present scheduling updates
