📌 Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Accountant (Construction/Telecom)
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant with a background in the construction or telecom industries to join our growing team. If you have 3-5 years of experience in managing client accounts and ensuring accurate financial records, we’d love to hear from you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of accounts receivable processes.
-Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collections.
-Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies.
-Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate billing.
-Prepare regular financial reports related to client payments and outstanding balances.
-Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and maintain strong client relationships.
-Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
✅ Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in the construction or telecom industries.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
