What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and organizational development strategies.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Conduct training sessions and employee engagement programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and enhance workplace culture.
Job Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
Work Arrangement: On-site
Who We’re Looking For :
- Ex real estate is a must.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in an HR Generalist role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Max age 30 years
