🔴Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and business needs.
- Lead the hiring process for mid-level to senior leadership roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers.
- guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their hiring.
- Advise on job market trends and salary benchmarking.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards,
- networking, and referrals) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruitment staff or HR assistants.
- Lead recruitment-related projects or initiatives as required.

🔴Requirements:-
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition at least, with a focus on senior-level or specialized roles.
- Retail back ground.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English Level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

🔴Work conditions:-
- Working days - 6 days a week.
- Working hours - 9 hours including 1 hour break.
- compititive salary, based on Experience.
