• Experience 3-6 years in talent acquisition, management, or organizational development roles
• Proven experience in head-hunting and managing performance appraisal systems
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, Egyptian labor laws, and organizational structure design
Job responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Utilize creative head-hunting techniques to identify and engage high-potential candidates in competitive markets
• Onboarding & Recruitment
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
• Design and deliver orientation programs to integrate new employees into the organization's culture
• Talent Management & Organizational Development
• Implement strategies to develop and retain top talent, fostering growth and career progression
• Analyze and improve organizational structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with department heads to design and update organizational charts
• Performance Management & Appraisals
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely evaluations and constructive feedback
• Develop tools and processes to measure and enhance employee performance
• Organizational Development
• Assess organizational needs and design programs for employee development, succession planning, and leadership growth
• Drive initiatives to improve company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
