Executive_Secretary
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor's or equivalent degree in administration, etc…
▪ Good communication and organization skills.
▪ Strong command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, ERP and Outlook).
▪ Good command of English Language (Spoken and Written).
▪ Good ability to multitask.
Experience:
▪️From 4-6 years on the same field
Job_Description:
▪️Managing calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
▪️Screening and responding to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
▪️Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
▪️Conducting research on various topics and compiling information for reports and presentations.
▪️Handling expense reports and tracking the executive's budget.
▪️Coordinating special events and office functions, such as team-building activities or employee recognition events.
▪️Acting as a liaison between the executive and other team members, clients, and external partners.
▪️Managing and prioritizing incoming requests and tasks to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
▪️Providing general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
