Full job description
Main Duties
- Prepare and update the job cost sheet for each job/shipment.
- Collect and post all job-related costs (transport, clearance, port charges, detention, etc.) to the correct job.
- Review vendor invoices against quotations, agreements, and approvals.
- Coordinate with Operations to obtain missing documents and confirmations.
- Support the invoicing team with correct job details, costs, and supporting documents.
- Prepare a simple job profit report and highlight loss-making jobs for review.
- Assist in month-end closing for job costing (accruals and reconciliations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Accounting/Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills, and logistics/freight forwarding experience are a plus.
- Very good in English (writing & Speaking )
Pay: From E£15,000.00 per month
