Alawam Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and optimize accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
✅ Ensure compliance with local tax laws & regulations.
✅ Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
✅ Implement and improve internal controls & accounting policies.
✅ Support financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
✅ Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG.
✔️ Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations.
✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems (Prefer Odoo)
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
✔️ Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
