is now hiring an Admin_ManagerWork_location: 10th of Ramadan
Key_Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily administrative operations related to sites and main office.
* Supervise cleaning and cafeteria services and procure necessary supplies for the main office.
* Ensure the provision of administrative and logistical supplies to sites.
* Prepare periodic reports on Administration and transportation .
* Propose improvements to administrative processes and cost reduction measures.
Maintenance_Tasks:
* Supervise the maintenance of equipment and machinery at the company headquarters and project sites.
* Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and machinery.
* Monitor preventive and emergency maintenance work and evaluate the performance of suppliers and contractors.
Transportation_Tasks:
* Monitor the movement of vehicles and equipment at sites and organize transportation schedules.
* Supervise drivers, ensure their punctuality, and test new drivers.
* Track the renewal of vehicle licenses and necessary permits.
* Organize vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure their availability when needed.
* Monitor employee transportation to sites using company vehicles or contracted transportation services, ensuring timely arrivals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Strong communication abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
