We're Hiring: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: MaadiJob Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics field as a Team Leader for call center
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Strong leadership and communication skills
-Knowledge of compliance standards and company procedures.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of customer service representatives
Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, feedback, and motivate the team
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Monitor team performance metrics and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
