HR and Admin Manager
Job purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Admin Manager to lead the administrative and human resources functions for a joint venture project involving three prominent companies in the mining and marine sectors.
Job Description:
- Oversee comprehensive logistics related to accommodation, transportation, catering, and other essential services for project personnel.
- Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure quality standards and compliance.
- Administer payroll, manage monthly variable payments, and oversee attendance and overtime calculations.
- Create and continuously update HR policies and procedures to align with the needs of the joint venture and project requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR and administrative inquiries among project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the security and safety of all project personnel.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to relocate is a MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably across various industries.
- Joint venture experience is essential; international experience is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
